Summer Day Camps
Week-long summer day camps for kids ages 8 through 15 and ABC Camp for kids ages 4 through 7.
Can you climb in and out of bed? Can you climb on a jungle gym? Can you climb a tree? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then check it out! Climb walls five stories high at camp this year! Yep, just like spider man. Planet Rock Climbing Gyms are some of the largest in North America with over 38,000 square feet of climbing surface.
Planet Rock has been running day camps since 1996. Our goal is to provide kids with a safe environment in which to experiment with movement, practice teamwork, and have fun. Knowledgeable and experienced staff will instruct campers in proper safety precautions as well as skills and techniques for climbing.

- Kids bring their own sack lunch
- All gear is provided
- Camp fee includes all equipment, instruction, and camp T-shirt
- $50/week due at registration, balance due prior to first day of camp

Half-day Camp for ages 8-15
Kids learn climbing safety, build self-confidence, and use new muscle groups while learning teamwork and communication skills.
- Half-day Camps run M-F from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Limited to 30 campers
- Average staff to camper ratio of 1 to 5
- Cost is $185/week.
- Camper drop off between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
New!!! Extended Day Camp for ages 8-15
Our optional extended camp runs selected weeks, M-F from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and costs an additional $110/week. Extended camp activities include basic first aid, orienteering, healthy snack making, route setting, knots and other climbing related activities. Please note, campers must also be registered for the half-day camp the same week to register for extended camp.
Half-day Camp for ages 4-7
Our special Agility, Balance and Coordination (ABC) Camp for younger kids incorporates climbing skills and safety with yoga, gymnastics and educational games.
- Half-day ABC Camps run M-F from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Limited to 20 campers
- Average staff to camper ratio of 1 to 4
- Cost is $165/week
- Camper drop off no earlier than 9:45 a.m.
