Programs for Kids

Planet Rock offers climbing programs for kids of all ages and abilities. Our programs are designed not only to teach the safety and technical skills necessary for climbing, but also to nurture a lifelong love for fitness and the sport of climbing. Click here for Planet Rock Online Registration

Summer Day Camps – Weeklong summer day camps for kids ages 8 through 15 and ABC Camp for kids ages 4 through 7.

ABC for Kids – A structured one-hour weekly class in our special ABC room for kids ages 3 through 6. (Ann Arbor only)

ABC Club – Planet Rock’s newest program for kids ages 6 to 8 who have graduated from ABC II or are new to our kids’ programs. (Ann Arbor only)

Super Monkeys – Designed for climbers ages 6 through 9 with some climbing experience who are ready to push themselves to new heights. (Ann Arbor only)

Climbing Club – A fun learning environment for kids ages 6 through 9 and 10 through 15. Meets weekly for 2 hours.

Climbing Team – For motivated climbers from age 9 through 19 who are ready to compete. Meets 3 times weekly for 8 hours of instruction.
